Faith
is being sure of what we hope for and certain
of what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)
Without faith it is impossible to please God.
(Hebrews 11:6)
The righteous will live by faith. (Habbakuk
2:4)
Faith comes from hearing the message, and the
message is heard through the Word of Christ. (Romans
10:17)
Everything that does not come from faith is sin.
(Romans 14:23)
Faith does not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's
power. (1 Corinthians 2:5)
If I have a faith that can move mountains, but
have not love, I am nothing. (1 Corinthians
13:2)
We live by faith and not by sight. (2
Corinthians 5:7)
Man is not justified (made right with God) by
observing the Law, but by faith in Jesus Christ.
(Galatians 2:16)
You are all sons of God by faith in Jesus Christ.
(Galatians 3:26)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through
faith - and this not from yourselves,
it is the gift of God - not by works, so that
no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
You know that the testing of your faith produces
perseverance. (James 1:3)
Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action,
is dead. (James 2:17)
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith
without deeds is dead. (James 2:26)
And the prayer offered in faith will make the
sick person well. (James 5:15)
The
power of God is released as we SPEAK it forth.
As you pray the Word of God
aloud in the form of prayers, and do it from the
heart, the power of God will begin
to operate in your life!
SALVATION: PRAYER TO RECEIVE JESUS AS
SAVIOR
PRAY:"Father, I believe in my heart that
Jesus bore my sins and died in my place. I repent
of all that I've ever done that has displeased
you and I receive my forgiveness now. Jesus, I
ask you to come into my heart and save me. As
you do that, I turn my life over to you and ask
you to take control of it. Thank you for giving
me eternal life and making me your child. I promise
to read the New Testament, to faithfully attend
a good Bible-teaching church, and to serve you
all the days of my life. Thank you for saving
my soul! In Jesus' name, AMEN." |
